I wore the under-helmet during a 70 km road bike ride. It is thin and super soft, you forget you are wearing it. It protect from the cold and most importantly disperses the sweat that builds up during times of intense activity (such as uphill). Recommended.

for now only used for running, light and thin but it's hot and holds sweat externally

Taken two as an under-helmet for BDC, I also use it as normal light benie.
