Fitted to their profile they do what they say. Beautiful comfortable high quality techniques and comfort even in hostile conditions. Tested in remote areas of Abruzzo for extended period. Beautiful also the design when you walk and appreciate them you feel connected to the Dolomites supply chain that participated in their creation.

The material is excellent as is the care in workmanship but I found it not very snug on the foot (perhaps this is just due to the softness and quality of the wool). Basically one gets the impression that it is larger than the size listed. I have a 43 1/2 and purchased size L, perhaps the smaller size (M) was better. Used for Nordic walking and winter MTB.

For various reasons I have been able to test these socks very little. But for that little, they show great promise. Regarding the delivery ,fast and in accordance with the order. All ok.

I am testing the socks just these days in the upper Valtellina and Switzerland . They are comfortable, right weight, dry even after a day of walking . Good choice

I tried this product in the mountains and for many hours. The backpack weighed eight kilos. I sweat a lot and all socks tend to shorten inside the boot with Goretex. These too, but doing a mid-day change, should be my sock of the future. Thank you very much.

As soon as they arrive they immediately stand out for having such a high percentage of wool that make them something very different from what is currently on the market. That said, I used them this weekend first with semi-rigid boot for approach and simple ridge in Lagorai, about 5 hours, and then 10 hours with rigid ice boot in Adamello. The sock proved to be really amazing, especially in the second case given the stress they were subjected to. Dry foot throughout the day and I must admit no blisters, despite the load and not taking breaks. There is a really nice feeling wearing them, I will definitely try the winter version as well when the time comes. Being with such a high percentage of wool, they obviously show some very slight signs of wear/compression in the areas of high rubbing, which I think is perfectly normal from a wool sock and that does not change in the least, for the moment, their functionality. Recommended precisely for mountaineering and not just trekking.

I used this sock to tackle a steep approach trail to the attack of a via ferrata and, following that, the via ferrata itself. I can call myself extremely satisfied with my choice: a very pleasant feeling for my feet, which were dry and not "in pain" at the end of the day. I highly recommend this product.

Outstanding

I purchased two pairs of socks to give as gifts. I asked for an evaluation and, after the first 20km outing at altitude, no blisters or foot discomfort (the person in question has problems with hypersweating resulting in frequent sores). Recommended.

So far I have only walk about 300 km with this sock, but always with semi-rigid footwear and on challenging terrain: the sock still shows no signs of wear and maintains excellent absorption of dynamic work, typical of steep descents. It has shown performance even at high temperatures and despite the sintetic portion is worn without unpleasant odor for two days (in cool seasons, for 3-4 hikes). Perfect for professional users.
