Handmade Italian merino wool hair bands. Our woolen hair bands, are heavy and made by hand by crochet. Without an internal merino jersey lining, these headband are made for use in winter.Very warm but at the same time breathable thanks to the crochet weave that lets the air pass.
This handmade headband is made with Italian wool, spun and dyed under our direct control. The Hair Band are made as part of the Manifattura Diffusa Elbec Project in Val Pettorina, in the heart of the Dolomites.
Our wool headbands are unisex and are easily worn even under a climbing helmet. Our merino wool headbands are also ideal for mid-seasons or for those who do not like to have the upper part of the head covered. The height of the crochet wool bands allows you to cover the ears, keep the forehead warm and support the hair, preventing it from going in front of the eyes.
Italian wool is no mulesing is required because mulesing is not practiced in Italy. The Italian wool is dyed with natural products, without the use of chlorine in the fixing phase to minimize the impact on the environment and on the end user.
