Return, Exchange and Withdrawal in Europe

Withdrawal within 14 days 

We acknowledge the right of withdrawal as provided by the italian legislation (D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999). The deadline to exercise this right is within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

How to return the goods

Within 14 days the Customer is required to communicate his decision by email (shop@elbec.it), justifying the reasons.

You will only have to pack the unused item, print the consignment note that we will send you by email and go to a Post Office or Post Office to deliver the package. Once we have received the goods we will proceed with the refund. The return costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned: 7€ Italy - 13€ Europe

How to exchange or replace the goods

It is not possible to make replacements. The product must be returned, the amount will be returned net of any expenses paid by the customer and the customer will proceed with a new purchase. If it is necessary to return the product due to a defect or an incorrect product not ordered, the return will always be paid by ELBEC.

What to write in the communication

In the email, it is necessary to indicate the reasons for the exchange/replacement, and once the item (which must not have been used) is inspected, we will proceed with the replacement and/or refund.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that:

1. The Customer expresses their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal as described above;
2. The purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts.
3. The product is returned within the times and in the methods described above.

Reimbursement of the amount

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transportation. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will reimburse the amount already paid to you via bank transfer to the bank account communicated to our Customer Service. The refund covers only the price of the items and not the initial shipping costs and the commission fees for the credit, which always remain the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within 5 working days from the return of the goods for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.

If it is necessary to return the product because of a defect or an incorrect product that was not ordered, the return costs will be free of charge.

Express courier delivery times

Except for specific periods of the year (Christmas period, Easter holidays, and mid-August) in non-disadvantaged areas, our partners delivers within 72 hours from the collection of the package. Islands and some regions may have longer delivery times.
