By clicking on the "order" button, you enter into a contract of sale for selected items in the cart. The order confirmation takes place after sending the order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. With this order confirmation the purchase contract is accepted.

In the event that the merchandise is not available, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. The customer will be informed immediately and alternatives will be proposed to you where possible.

Bank transfert

Having completed the order, the customer has to fill the bank transfer voucher with the data given above.
Upon receipt of the accreditation from our bank we will ship the goods to the indicated address

Paypal / Credit card

Personal information related to your credit card are processed exclusively by Paypal or our bank POS, specialized in the management of online payments. We will not have any information about your card number.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only for shipping in Italy.

Payment by installments is not available.

Prices and availability of goods


VAT or credit card commission are not applied to our goods. We pay all these for you. Discounts could be applied only if advertised on our site.

Availability of goods

Catalog items are available in 72 hours from when you order unless otherwise indicated. If for any reason, at the time of the order payment, one or more items are not available, we will contact you and inform you of any delay in finding your item. In this case we will propose one or more items which, in terms of value quality / price, are equivalent to those ordered. The customer has the right to accept the change to the order, or cancel the same while getting an immediate refund of the amount paid.

Receipt or invoice

The goods are shipped to the customer packaged and accompanied by a regular receipt or invoice if required.


Where we ship

We deliver our items via courier, or postal service throughout Italy and also in all EU countries and Switzerland. For all other countries around the world a shipping estimate must be requested by email:

Timing and delivery mode

Once we receive your payment we will proceed with immediate shipment. Delivery time depends on the courier used.
Indicatively deliveries are guaranteed within 72 hours of departure of the goods from our store in Rocca Pietore (BL) Italy. Deliveries in remote areas and islands may require from 24 to 48 additional hours

Checking goods on delivery

When you receive your goods you will have to verify if the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Check that the number of packages is as specified on the carrier letter.

Any disputes must be raised immediately with the carrier, in the absence thereof, the articles are considered properly delivered.

What to do in case of damage due to the shipping

If you note any evident damage to the packaging you must:

  1. express to the courier that package is accepted but before signing the document you must write "I agree with reservation". If after opening the package you find the goods damaged, the courier will compensate you for the damage suffered;
  2. reject the damaged goods if the damage is visible without opening the package;
    Any disputes must be raised immediately with the carrier, in the absence thereof, the articles are considered delivered correctly.

Shipping cost in Italy

The shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the goods, the number of items and the destination. In case of purchasing goods for an amount of more than € 50 shipping is free.

Shipping cost in Europe

The shipping costs within the EU including Switzerland are free if you purchase our goods for a value of more than € 65. For countries outside the European Community you have to request a shipping estimate by writing to: We will contact you to seek your agreement for costs and delivery method.


Contract termination in 10 days

We recognize the right of withdrawal as provided by Italian law D.Lgs n. 185 22/05/1999. The deadline to exercise this right is 10 days from receipt of goods.

What you should write

In the letter it is necessary to indicate bank account details including IBAN and BIC/SWIFT as well as all information required to make the payment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
1. the client expresses his or her intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;
2. the item purchased is returned intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;
3. the product is delivered on time and in the manner described above. The costs of delivery are to be paid by the customer;

Refound of the amount

Once they have reached our warehouse, the goods will be examined to check any damage not caused by transportation.

After checking the integrity of the goods, we will credit the amount paid by bank transfer to the account you indicated in our Customer Service.

Reimbursements cover only the price of items and not the cost of the initial shipment and credit card commission fees that remain the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be made within 20 working days from the time when we receive the goods for which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal. The costs for returning the product are charged to the customer.

Shipping time

Except in special periods of the year (Christmas, Easter and August) postal delivery service is guaranteed within 72 hours after the goods leave our warehouse. Islands and some remote regions may have longer delivery times, as well as non-standard shipments.
